At VYB Closet, we want you to love the fit you wear.

We offer easy exchanges within 2 days of delivery for eligible products.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery

Please Note:

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability

• Reverse shipping charges may apply depending on the case

• Refunds are not available at the moment

Exchange Process:

1. Open the website

2. Tap the three lines (☰) at the top left

3. Go to Profile

4. Open “Your Orders”

5. Select the order you want an exchange for

6. Tap “WhatsApp Exchange” on that page
